01 Shipping & Delivery

When can I expect my order?

  • Orders will be typically despatched in 72hours with tracking provided.

  • Expect delivery within 20 business days. But delivery times may not be guaranteed during promotions season.

  • Dispatch may be delayed for verification/correction of payment/address.


02 Returns & Exchanges

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

  • We feel your frustration when a faulty product arrives (though it's rare at Wayhome). Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we thoroughly inspect each item before shipping. If you find a defect or damage, just reach out to us at wayhomepetruns@gmail.com. We'll respond promptly.

  • We will ask you to provide photo evidence, and in some cases, we may require you to return the product to our office for inspection. At the same time, we will arrange for the re-delivery of the product to you.

  • Please kindly note our policies may change without notice, but our dedication to your happiness stays the same.

 

03 Importance

  • Importance: For proper storage, ashes should be placed in a tightly sealed freshness preservation bag before being placed in the urns.
  • To avoid any inconvenience, please communicate with the funeral staff beforehand.
